REVO is a lightweight, durable, and stable luggage system for enduro and ADV motorcycles. It has been engineered to handle difficult terrain, frequent tip-overs, and intensive use.
The REVO system is intended for enduro and ADV riders who ride dynamically and don’t shy away from challenging terrain. If you expect a lightweight, modular, and above all crash-resistant luggage system, REVO will meet those demands.
The standard set includes two 18-liter saddlebags plus two 2-liter side pockets designed for quick-access items such as water, a tool kit, a first-aid kit, or other frequently used essentials.
This gives a total of 40 liters of luggage capacity, with the option to attach a third, central bag.
REVO is built around a reinforced harness that wraps around the rear of the motorcycle. Two types of polyethylene are used in its construction a stiffer one for stability, and a lighter, more flexible one integrated into the back of the bags. This combination reduces the overall weight of the system while increasing durability.
On the motorcycle-facing side, a sewn-in cellular foam layer helps dampen vibrations and provides partial protection for the bike’s plastics and paint. The system is secured using buckles certified to withstand 250 kg, ensuring confidence and stability in any terrain.
With REVO, every saddlebag is secured inside a dedicated impact-absorbing protective pocket. This outer layer takes the hit when your bike goes down shielding the waterproof bag from abrasion, tears, and punctures. Even during demanding enduro or ADV rides, where tip-overs are simply part of the adventure, REVO keeps your gear safe and your luggage system fully operational.

Uncompromising Durability – Bags & Pockets Built to Last
REVO saddlebags are crafted from premium 900-grade PVC-coated fabric by Mehler – the same material trusted in the production of inflatable boats and motorcraft. This is gear made to survive the elements, resist abrasion, and endure years of demanding adventure riding.
All seams are multi-layer heat-welded, creating an exceptionally strong, pressure-resistant structure capable of withstanding up to 1.5 bar. Buckles come exclusively from renowned brands like YKK and ITW Nexus, while the straps are manufactured in Poland by a company supplying materials for the military sector.
Every component is chosen with one goal: absolute reliability.
To guarantee safety during long expeditions, the harness includes additional metal D-rings placed next to the main mounting straps. If a strap gets torn, worn through, or accidentally melted by the exhaust, you can instantly secure the system using these backup attachment points.

Lightweight Protective Pockets — Engineered for Maximum Resistance
The REVO protective pockets are built from two carefully selected technical fabrics, optimized for the perfect balance of weight and durability. The pocket walls are made from 650-grade PVC, keeping the construction light, while the bottom — the most exposed area — is reinforced with 1100-grade boat fabric.
This smart material combination creates a lightweight yet exceptionally tough shield that protects the bags from abrasion, impacts, and long-term wear.
Fast-Access External Gear Storage
Each pocket features elastic mounting cords on the front and sides, allowing you to quickly secure lightweight, elongated items you want within immediate reach. Whether it’s a tripod, sandals, a small sit pad, a water bottle, or other everyday essentials – the elastic system keeps them secure, accessible, and ready to grab at a moment’s notice.
Typical uses include carrying: a tripod, compact sitting mat, folding saw, work gloves, water bottle, or any other go-to gear you need fast on the trail.
